
Symptoms of Depression
I spent a lot of time talking about recently, the airport with people. And what I'm discovering is that a fairly large number of people I know are depressed. Some of the first times in their lives, while an others mix it with a health problem, others are greeting an old friend come back to haunt them. It does not seem to be splitting down to each demographic or psycho graphic that I can detect, and goes from the low degree of dissatisfaction with the world on a large scale cannot get out of bed, or take decisions on offense.

Get Conscious of a depression
If you do not feel depressed, look around. Maybe someone close to you. You have friends who have stopped responding, and unusual e-mails and phone calls? Someone dropped the planet lately? Is there someone drops the mind, that you keep forgetting to call?
Contact a friend
People with major depression are often beyond the ability to respond to your calls and emails. They are eventually unable to move forward on tasks or even leave the house. Do not expect to come to you for help. You should go to them. I know you're busy. However, what is important. Look around you. Who has not heard of a time? Go to them.
