Depression is the great disease of our time; our generation
without war, fight, and fight for there will have to live. At some point, everyone
feels in the hole. You lose the will to get out, socialize, even to talk with
friends. You cannot smile the same smile he used to do before.
The most depressing thing about depression is that you feel
it will never go away. There are easy ways out of depression like going to a
psychiatrist and get a prescription for antidepressants. I had my experience
with depression, and I do not like to use drugs. So I decided to get out of
depression by natural means or live with it. (It is better to live with your
own depression, instead of living in a dream offered by a pill.)
I started reading about depression. I looked at all the
sources I found. About depression is so great that you begin to understand that
it is an illness like the flu. It may come and may go away. (I hope) Also read
other people's experiences to help in a way, because there are people who went
to the same experience with you and their experience can illuminate your path.
Talking with other people is as well very useful. If you have good friends, you
can rely on who can back up in the fragile moments to talk with them. If you do
not want to reveal problems, which is fine too. You can talk to a professional
psychologist. I do not go to psychologists, but the coefficient of feelings
with someone. I do not know who was familiar with some of the experiences with
me. The fact that I did not know this person, and he knew I did not really help
a lot to share feelings.
I also tried to work my way to win a depression. (Maybe
there is already such a method), I sat down on a sheet of paper and started
writing every little problem that interferes with my mind. I wrote, because the
consultation process let go of all thoughts on paper. Eventually, I found
myself writing some memories I had when I was a kid, and I forgot I had (that
is, in fact I forgot). When I read everything, I wrote, I realized how little
problems bigger than a snowflake rolling down the hill.

reality. The best way to increase the level of serotonin is a sport. Do not
underestimate the impact of sport, because it increases levels of serotonin and
mood. Instead of a permanent home to swallow pills, going out and working your
way is a much better way to feel good about themselves.
