DEPRESSION is a problem that cannot take lightly because it
can cause various problems ranging from ways of thinking, behavior, emotional
and physical impact. Depression usually
begins with the stress that is mild and temporary, but will then grow when the
stress or pressure incurred continuously encountered and unresolved.
If allowed, the mild symptoms will certainly be a severe and
potentially dangerous. Someone who often
stressed should be alert to symptoms of depression early on, and if necessary,
consult your doctor or psychiatrist.
Depression is to watch out for when it shows symptoms of
psychic and physical. Psychological symptoms that may arise such as loss of
interest in activities, gloomy, sad and lost confidence prolonged. While physical symptoms may include insomnia,
weight dropped dramatically, easily hurt, fatigue and decreased work

before getting treatment.
The purpose of giving drugs or pharmacotherapy in depressed
patients is to improve the balance of chemicals in the brain or
neurotransmitter drugs commonly used are anti-depressant that works on the
brain to change the mood of patients. Clearly, the provision of anti-depressant
medication will not cause dependency for patients and used in the long term.
