Career women are less likely to show symptoms of stress compared to housewives.  Nevertheless, when they put unrealistic expectations to balance career and home, they become more prone to depression.  Therefore, they advised to accept the fact that they are not likely to undergo both roles equally well, concluded a 1600 study after observing the behavior of married women in America.

Women who work may find that the second role it is hard to do, but they are able to accept the fact they tend to not be so frustrated than those who expect more balanced with their partner.

Statistics showed, there are about 65 percent of working mothers with children under five, and 80 percent of working mothers with children under the age of five.  Although the fathers present era also help out a bit, the mothers who bear the burden of chores at home.

However, although there is increasing pressure on these dual roles, work was beneficial for women's mental health.  Still according to this study, when reaching age 40, housewife began to show symptoms of depression than those who work.  Only, as we mentioned earlier, those who work but expect to be able to lead a double role with ease it will be more depressed again.  Because they expect too much by themselves, and tend to feel inadequate.

Women often boast that they are able to do everything, but most work designed for those who do not have children. Balancing career and family is difficult, because it is difficult, rather than feel guilty or feel does not work if unable to set aside time for work and family as much as you want.
